老教授做得很对,是我们的榜样。有病人投诉,说明他们在真心关注我们,对我们的业务有帮助,耐心解决将会获得更多好评。不必抱有心理负担,也不用去责备投诉者,多包容一点,理解一点。

也许当时医患都没就此事沟通过,事后才会出现这种大家都不愿意看到的事情发生。做医生的确实现在很难做,没有办法,每天还得面对,谁让我们选择这个神圣的职业呢?希望大家相互理解吧!
