属于医院院级管理人员者,在奖金分配上不应该吃亏,而一般管理者,收入基本固定,不会高。临床科室人员,就看业务情况了。总而言之,技术好的人员收入比较高,业务平平者,收入低。公立医院业务人员的收入,远远比不上在私立医院,当然,这是指有一定业务水平者,因为老板请你是需要你干事的,能解决问题的,不是来充门面的。
