如果晋升副高正高能够公平也行啊,就问问大家,能过关的,有几个不造假搞论文的?有几个不托关系送礼的?这样的乌烟瘴气,只会滋生**,取消也罢!

职称有用吗?多的是只会考证,真出手就蔫了的所谓医,医的能力还是要患者来评价,不好的就该给他差评下岗

就像考大学一样,以考代评相对来讲是最公平的,其他的形式或多或少都存在猫腻,造成不在一线工作的领导都是高职称,辛辛苦苦战斗在一线的医务人员,反而评不上。

工作了一辈子,因为没有名额和科研不能近高,业务能力强也只好放弃,时代时机不同,要求不一样

为了职称这个高帽打的头破血流,有权的脱离临床的有高职称,拼搏在一线的没时间搞关系的进不上职称,取消职称制度靠能力势在必行
